Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Conzuri packaging, ensuring the footwear is in its original condition with all tags and height-increasing insoles included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
